You don’t have to be ready.
You just have to be real.
The world asks for your performance.
This guide asks for your presence.
Showing up isn’t about being unafraid.
It’s about bringing your fear with you—
and still arriving.
It’s wearing the scent that makes you feel powerful.
It’s saying your name like a spell.
It’s looking in the mirror and saying:
“I’m not shrinking today.”
You don’t owe the world your best self.
You only owe yourself your whole one.
Be real, be ready

A ritual to use before visibility moments, or any time you feel shaky but want to stay present.
Intended Use: to center yourself before stepping into a new space—meeting, stage, date, studio, anything
Length: ~2.5 minutes

Wherever you're going today—
Start with this:Stand or sit still.
Feel your feet.
Drop your shoulders.Breathe in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.Say:
“I am already enough. I do not have to earn this moment.”Name one thing about yourself that feels true.
Maybe it’s:
“I am soft.”
“I am learning.”
“I am sacred.”Repeat it.
Feel it echo in your chest.Breathe again.
Now whisper:
“I arrive as myself.”That’s it.
You’re here.

A ritual for coming down after a performance, speech, hard conversation, or overstimulation
Intended Use: For moments after showing up—especially after emotional output, high visibility, or social fatigue
Length: ~3 min

You showed up.Maybe it felt amazing.
Maybe it felt like too much.
Maybe you’re not sure yet.Let’s come back to your body.
Place one hand over your heart.
The other over your belly.Breathe.
Say:
“I don’t have to stay ‘on’ to be real.”Feel your breath soften.
Imagine removing any masks you wore to get through it.
Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw.
Unplug.Whisper:
“I am safe to be quiet now.”Give yourself 30 seconds of silence.
When you're ready, say:
“Showing up doesn’t cost me everything. I return to myself whole.”
