Recognition & Media Release for 2nd Place Artist

Survīval Mōd: Reclaimed Bag Design Contest

1. No Transfer of Rights

You keep full ownership of your design. We are not asking for rights to produce, modify, sell, or use your design commercially. This prize is being given as recognition of your creative contribution, not in exchange for ownership.

2. Prize Payment

You’ll receive the 2nd Place prize of $100 from Survīval Mōd This is a no-strings-attached recognition of your work and our appreciation for your talent and participation. You do not owe us anything in return for this prize.

3. Permission to Share Your Work

You agree to let Survīval Mōd:

• Display your bag design on our website, social media, presentations, and in promotional materials

• Credit you by name as the creator of the work
  

We will not claim or imply ownership. You are the artist; we are the platform helping showcase your vision.

4. Request for Artist Credit (Optional, but Appreciated)

If you share your bag design publicly (on social media, portfolio, etc.), we’d love for you to mention that it was part of the Survīval Mōd: Reclaimed contest. Example:

“This design was recognized as 2nd Place in the Survīval Mōd: Reclaimed Bag Design Contest.”

We’re not requiring this—it’s just something that helps us build visibility for other artists we support.

5. Mutual Respect & Transparency

We want to acknowledge that the prize guidelines may not have been fully clear upfront. Your honesty and care around rights ownership helped us improve how we work with artists. We’re committed to making sure all future communications are clearer—and we’re grateful to you for helping shape that.

6. Entire Understanding

This agreement reflects the full understanding between you and Survīval Mōd. It replaces any earlier contest rules or communications related to the prize.
