You show up, day after day, for those who need it most.

For the ones who don’t quite fit the mold.

For the ones who make you laugh, cry, and feel everything in between.

You carry both the joy and the weight of it all

The victories that light you up,

The struggles that try to wear you down.

Still, you lead with love.

You offer your brightest smile,

And you pour out the energy you wish to receive.

You make the hard calls—the ones no one else sees—

Hoping, always, that it’s the right one.

There’s so much time, so much heart,

So much of you in every moment.

They are your family.

And yes, they deserve more—

But so do you.

And even when it’s heavy,

You carry it with grace. 

We see you.

We are grateful for you.
